We may alter, suspend, or cease operation of the Website at any time, and the Website may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance. We may end your permission to use the Website if you breach these Terms.

3. Comments and Content You Post

You must only post content that you have the right to post. You must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, misleading, in breach of another person’s rights or privacy, or that could be considered spam or commercial advertising.

We take care in creating the information and material on the Website but make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, or fitness for purpose of any material or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, or loss of profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. This Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit any website operated under our brands and how we use cookies on our websites.

1 Who we are

The Blissful Being Ltd website properties include blissfulbeing.co.uk and quiz.blissfulbeing.co.uk.

Blissful Being Ltd is the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice).

2 Personal Information We collect and use

2.1 Information collected by us

We may collect, use, and are responsible for certain personal information that you provide when you voluntarily sign up for e-mails or free gifts through our websites, complete a wellness quiz, fill out a consultation form, register for a workshop or group program, leave comments, order a physical product, book a 1-to-1 session, or access private online course and membership pages.

The information collected may include your name, e-mail, business or personal address, shipping address, phone number, and billing information.

You will not be required to provide us any personally identifiable information to access or visit any public Blissful Being Ltd website. We may collect the following information when you visit our websites: domain information, the type of browser you used, your numerical IP address, which pages you viewed, and the files you requested.

We may also use “cookies” (small files saved on your hard drive by your web browser) to analyse website performance, track user patterns, save information from your previous visits and customise your experience. We will ask for your consent to allow us to use cookies.

2.3 How we use your Personal Information

We respect the privacy of our members and visitors and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties outside of our business without your prior consent, beyond where it is necessary for the basic functionality of an online service or to process and fulfil an online order or transaction.

In order to process an order, we may be required to share your name, shipping address, and other details with our third-party suppliers, such as credit card processors, fulfillment centers, shipping companies, and any other third party we may use to fulfil our services to you from time to time.

When you take one of our quizzes, we use your details to deliver your results, as this is the service you have requested. Where you have also ticked the consent box, we will send you the emails you asked for, such as our email series and occasional helpful emails. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

We may also use personally identifiable information for internal or external marketing and promotional purposes, and for:

• Verifying your identity when required
• Undertaking market research, product development and statistical purposes
• Assessment and analysis to enable us to review, develop and improve the online courses, workshops, and wellness services which we offer

2.5 Retention of your data

Your personal data will be kept for as long as we require it in order to provide you with the agreed product(s), workshops, or service(s). We keep order and billing information for six years, as required for UK tax and accounting purposes. Other personal data will continue to be retained after any account, course access, or service has been closed or otherwise come to an end only in line with our legal and regulatory requirements.

2.6 Reasons we can collect and use your Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information to send emails, fulfil product orders, deliver group programs and digital courses, complete customer transactions, run promotions, improve website performance and provide customer service.

3 Collection of Children’s Information

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

4 Use and transfer of your information outside of the UK and EEA

Blissful Being Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom and is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR). We may be required to share your personal information with third party entities outside of the UK and EEA, including the United States of America, for the purposes of operating our website, managing email communication, and fulfilling orders and transactions. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, so your information receives an equivalent standard of protection.

We make every effort to ensure any third party we interact with abides by the UK GDPR when processing your personal information.

5 Your Rights

In order to access the data we hold about you, you need to make a ‘Subject Access Request’, or SAR. To make a SAR, please email hello@blissfulbeing.co.uk.

Please provide your name, address, and what specific information you would like to access. We will verify your identity before releasing any personal information to take reasonable steps to protect your data privacy.

Once we have received your request and verified your identity, we will have one month to fulfil your request. Where for some reason this will not be possible, for instance due to large volumes of data being involved, we are permitted by law to take up to an additional two months to fulfil your request.

Your other rights as a data subject, where applicable, include:

• The right to be informed about our processing of your personal data
• The right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate
• The right to object to the processing of your personal data
• The right to restrict the processing of your personal data
• The right to have your personal data erased (“right to be forgotten”)
• The right to move, copy, or transfer your personal data (“data portability”)
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on your consent

If you have any complaints relating to the processing of your personal data, you also have the right to complain to the relevant Supervisory Authority. 6 Our Online Shop

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. While you visit our site, we track the products you have viewed, your location, IP address and browser type (for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping), and your shipping address. We also use cookies to keep track of basket contents while you browse.

When you purchase from us, we ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details and optional account information such as a username and password. We use this information to:

• Send you information about your account and order
• Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Set up your account for our store
• Comply with legal obligations, such as calculating taxes

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders. We store order information for six years for tax and accounting purposes. We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us in order to fulfil orders, process refunds and support you. This includes order information (what was purchased, when, and where it should be sent) and customer information (your name, email address, and billing and shipping details).

Payments: we accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to them, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. 7 Comments, Media and Embedded Content

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it; after approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies for your convenience; these last for one year.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors can download and extract location data from images on the website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, and those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content.

8 Information Security

On our websites and systems, we protect any data you have given us by utilising industry standard security to encrypt sensitive data in transit to our servers.

Please be aware that communications over the Internet, such as unencrypted emails, are not inherently secure. We cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access, or loss of personal information, that is completely beyond our control.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties or external websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third parties for more detailed information.

Our website properties use ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimise the users’ experience by customising our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other tracking information.

Wellbeing Disclaimer

All content on this Website, including our quizzes, articles, guides, courses, workshops, and emails, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from your GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional. For any health concern, always consult a healthcare professional.

Our quiz results are tools for self-reflection and self-awareness. They describe patterns and tendencies; they do not assess, diagnose, or treat any medical condition.

Where we refer to aromatherapy and essential oils, we describe practices traditionally recognised within holistic wellbeing. Individual experiences vary. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using essential oils.

Testimonials published by us are genuine. However, they reflect individual experiences and do not represent a guarantee of similar results.

Terms of Sale (Online Shop)

1. Orders and Payment

These terms apply to physical products purchased from our online shop. Prices are as shown at checkout. We accept payment through PayPal and Stripe. Your contract with us is formed when we confirm your order.

2. Delivery and Returns

Delivery: we aim to dispatch physical orders within 7 working days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Returns: if you are a UK consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your item to tell us you wish to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Once we receive it in its original, resaleable condition, we refund within 14 days. Sealed items opened for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. To start a return, email hello@blissfulbeing.co.uk.

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to the remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers must be used within the expiry date indicated on the voucher.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued.
• Vouchers must be used in full during a single transaction; any remaining balance will not be refunded.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and they will not be replaced.

Digital Products, Courses and Programmes.

1. Digital Guides and Downloads

This covers downloadable digital products such as guides, workbooks, and audio (for example the Sleep Reset Ritual). When you buy a digital download, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute it.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, you agree that by starting your download you ask us to begin supply straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

2. Online Courses and Programmes

This covers our online courses and group programmes (including any Founders Round and life or business programmes). When you enrol, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for your own use. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or redistribute any part of a course or programme.

Access details, start dates, and what is included are set out on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. Specific enrolment, cancellation, and refund terms for each course or programme, including any money-back guarantee period, will be published on that sales page and here before enrolment opens.

3. One-to-One Sessions

This covers paid one-to-one sessions, such as a Menopause Clarity Session.

Booking: When you book and pay for a one-to-one session, we ask you to choose an appointment time. If your session is within 14 days of booking, you agree to us providing it straight away, and you accept that this ends the automatic 14-day online cancellation right once the session has taken place.

Rescheduling and cancellation: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.

If your session is booked to take place more than 14 days ahead and you have not yet had it, you keep your right to cancel for a full refund within 14 days of payment.

4. General

Prices are as shown at the point of sale. We accept payment through PayPal and Stripe. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are not affected by these terms.
